You will serve as a technical expert for the IT Stores portfolio, focusing on Point of Sale and retail hardware integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and solutions for Point of Sale (POS), Mobile POS, and payment devices.
• Support the IT Stores portfolio team with specialized expertise in retail store business areas and self-checkout systems.
• Lead APTOS software implementations and manage device integration with APTOS POS peripherals.
• Deliver tier three technical support to troubleshoot complex POS and store system technology issues.
• Assist with new product rollouts and technical troubleshooting for POS accessories.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in the retail and technology industries.
• 10+ years of specialization in retail store business areas, POS, and self-checkout.
• Proven expertise in APTOS software implementation.
• Hands-on experience completing 2-3 full-fledged APTOS implementations for apparel or grocery retailers.
• Deep familiarity with POS accessories and peripheral device integration with APTOS.
• Experience providing tier three technical support for store systems and POS technologies.
• Ability to work onsite at client locations as required.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with APTOS rollouts.
