Description

You will manage the end-to-end billing process and accounts receivable functions for high-volume client invoices.

Responsibilities

• Generate invoices through workflow requests while maintaining strict turnaround times and accuracy standards.
• Process client invoices ensuring compliance with legal, contractual, and business requirements.
• Identify and resolve tax-related invoicing issues to ensure consistent application of billing rules.
• Update billing systems and customer files immediately upon issuance of invoices.
• Escalate non-compliant requests to the Manager for resolution.

Required Skills

• 1 to 4 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable processes.
• B.Com degree (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of billing modules and billing reports.
• Understanding of core finance business processes and accounts receivable workflows.
• Knowledge of billing rules and tax application.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Ability to manage high-volume tasks and solve problems creatively.
