Description

You will manage daily billing responsibilities and support the accounting team's operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create invoices and credit memo requests within the Oracle ERP system.
• Conduct account research and analysis to resolve billing errors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely data receipt and maintain accountability.
• Assist with audit inquiries and SOX workbook documentation.
• Manage high volumes of diverse billing types, including usage-based and revenue deferrals.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of AR or billing experience in a high-growth environment.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle GL or a similar ERP system.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including lookup functions and pivot tables.
• Proven ability to manage large datasets and complex data mapping.
• Experience billing for international entities and handling tax-related billing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Ability to work with urgency to meet month-end close deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
