Description

You will manage daily billing responsibilities and support the accounting team's operational workflows. You will create invoices and credit memo requests within the Oracle ERP system, conducting account research to resolve billing errors. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely data receipt and assist with audit inquiries and SOX workbook documentation. You will handle high volumes of diverse billing types, including usage-based and revenue deferrals.

Responsibilities

• Create invoices and credit memo requests within the Oracle ERP system.

• Assist with audit inquiries and SOX workbook documentation.
• Manage high volumes of diverse billing types, including usage-based and revenue deferrals.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of AR or billing experience in a high-growth environment.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle GL or a similar ERP system.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including lookup functions and pivot tables.
• Proven ability to manage large datasets and complex data mapping.
• Experience billing for international entities and handling tax-related billing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Ability to work with urgency to meet month-end close deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
