Description

You will design and lead the technical implementation of end-to-end Aras Innovator solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation teams through all aspects of solution deployment.
• Manage onsite or offshore resources to ensure delivery alignment.
• Develop conceptual solution architectures using standard and custom applications.
• Transform customer requirements into technical solutions, functional specifications, and use cases.
• Facilitate workshops to build consensus and drive Proof of Concept engagements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of PLM deployment experience.
• Proficiency in C# (.NET), JavaScript, HTML, XML, and XSL.
• Deep expertise in SQL Server, including installation, configuration, and SQL Scripting (Transact SQL, triggers, stored procedures, functions).
• Strong data modeling techniques.
• Experience leading teams in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Ability to write clear requirements, SOW, and specification documents.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record leading large-scale enterprise PLM software deployments as an Architect.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or VS Team Services.
• Industry knowledge in Automotive, Consumer Products, High Tech Electronics, Aerospace, or Shipbuilding.
