Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide pre and post sales design and consulting services to Aruba-HPE teams, customers and partners for various technologies and solutions.
• Provide complete services lifecycle for customers including plan, design, implementation, migration and optimization phases.
• Create customer requirement documents and business outcome plans during the planning phase.
• Create high level and low-level design documents based on customer requirements.
• Prepare installation plans including network implementation plan and network ready for use plan.
• Prepare migration including method of procedure and migration validation checks.
• Work on continuous improvement of network operations, uptime and security conformance for optimization.
• Formulate action plans both technical and operational for analyzing and resolving reported issues.
• Simulate customer designs in laboratory environments for testing and validation purposes.
• Participate in solution development and publications for knowledge base documentation.
• Work effectively in team environment including Aruba and customer colleagues, QA, engineers, and field organizations.
• Travel to customer sites for consulting, training purposes, and business reviews as required.
• Provide quarterly customer review meetings, providing technical status and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement and implement demonstrable experience in optimization.

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of experience in supporting Juniper/Aruba products and customers with technical and consulting experience supporting networking products and solutions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering is preferred
