Description

You will design, develop, and maintain geospatial applications using ArcGIS technologies and Java.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage ArcGIS Enterprise components including Portal, Server, GeoEvent Server, and Data Store.
• Develop interactive web mapping applications using ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript.
• Build backend services and integrate GIS solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
• Automate geospatial workflows and data processing with Python scripting.
• Optimize spatial databases and execute complex SQL queries, including spatial joins.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with a focus on GIS.
• Strong expertise in ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, GeoEvent Server, ArcGIS Data Store).
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
• Experience building web GIS applications using ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript.
• Advanced Python scripting for geoprocessing and automation.
• Strong SQL skills, including spatial queries and data manipulation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ArcGIS API for Python (automation, content migration, environment management).
• Advanced knowledge of ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript (4.x), including custom widgets and 3D visualization.
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
