Description

You will design, deploy, and maintain scalable ArcGIS Enterprise solutions, with a focus on high availability and SSL configurations. You own the full lifecycle of GIS services, from system architecture to CI/CD pipeline implementation for web maps and mobile solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy ArcGIS Enterprise in HA mode, ensuring secure SSL configurations and robust system design.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment of services and web maps across environments.
• Perform root cause analysis on existing solutions, diving into front-end, backend, and infrastructure components like servers and load balancers.
• Customize Experience Builder and Web AppBuilder to meet specific utility network requirements.
• Develop thick clients and web services using .NET Framework, C#, and Python (ArcPy/ArcGIS Pro SDK).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise, including deployment, capacity management, and performance tuning.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data management and analysis.
• Expertise in Microsoft .NET Framework and C# for developing web services and thick clients.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline creation.
• Proficiency in Python scripting, specifically using ArcGIS Pro SDK and ArcPy API.
• Front-end development skills in JavaScript (ESRI JS APIs 3.x and 4.x), HTML, and CSS.
• Direct experience customizing ESRI Experience Builder and Web AppBuilder.
• Domain knowledge in Oil & Gas, Water, Electric, or Gas Utility Networks.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with Dojo framework.
• Knowledge of Responsive Web Design principles.
