Description

You will provide Tier 3 technical support and development for Enterprise GIS systems and ArcFM applications.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Tier 1, 2, and 3 support for ArcGIS and ArcFM based Enterprise GIS systems.
  • Develop minor application enhancements using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS Javascript API, and ASP.NET (C#).
  • Deploy ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer server sites.
  • Monitor system performance, tune systems, and publish services.
  • Administer user roles, privileges, and troubleshoot Landbase application issues.
  • Coordinate with server support, security, and DBA teams to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

  • 5-10 years of experience in administration, support, and development of ArcGIS applications.
  • 5-10 years of experience administering and supporting ArcFM applications.
  • Proficiency in Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS Javascript API, and ASP.NET (C#).
  • Hands-on experience deploying ArcGIS Enterprise, including Portal and Server.
  • Experience with ArcGIS Desktop, ArcMap, ArcGIS Server, and ArcGIS SDE.
  • Proven ability in system monitoring, performance tuning, and service publishing.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for enterprise application issues reported by end users.
  • Ability to communicate technical status updates to client SMEs.
  • Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Electric or Gas Utilities.
  • Knowledge of Windows servers and FME Suite.
