Description

Develop and maintain RSA Archer GRC applications, managing the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for custom solutions and configurations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom solutions, applications, and questionnaires within the RSA Archer/eGRC platform.
• Manage end-to-end configuration of eGRC applications, including layouts, access controls, workflows, and notifications.
• Support deployment of Archer development solutions to test and production environments.
• Create and demonstrate Proof of Concepts (POC) and product capabilities to business groups.
• Manage the full SDLC for Archer solutions, ensuring effective planning and coordination.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as an Archer Developer.
• 4+ years developing, maintaining, testing, and supporting RSA Archer GRC applications.
• Expertise in core Archer components: Access Management, Forms, Data Driven Events, Advanced Workflow, Data Feeds, APIs, Notifications, Calculated Fields, Cross references, Mail Merge, Data Imports, Dashboards, and Reports.
• Experience developing ODAs and customizing core Archer solutions.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes and project management.
• Analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
