You will develop, configure, and maintain Archer solutions to meet client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Archer solutions tailored to specific client needs.
• Manage system integration and provide ongoing application support.
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve technical blockers.
• Document system processes and technical workflows.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of experience in software development or related technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with Archer development and configuration.
• Proven ability to handle system integration and troubleshooting.
• Experience providing application support and maintaining technical documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on government or government-related projects.
• Archer Certified Administrator certification or similar industry credentials.
