Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1        Develop and customize Archer IRM Solutions to meet business requirements, both from scratch and to enhance existing modules. 2        Design, implement, and maintain Archer applications, including data feeds, advanced workflows, access control, reports and dashboards 3        Collaborate with business stakeholders to discuss on the requirements, suggest them optimal solutions and translate the Business needs into Archer technical requirements 4        Knowledge of analyzing, designing on-demand applications and Archer Core content offerings 5        Configure and manage access control, user roles, and permissions within the Archer platform. 6        Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving Archer application issues. 7        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Archer with other enterprise systems. 8        Good knowledge of Archer use cases and modules, solutions and core applications 9        Comprehensive knowledge of computer science principles and IT engineering techniques 10        Expertise in implementing solutions around Control assessments, Risk and Compliance reporting (e.g: roll up and aggregation techniques), Business Continuity Management, Model Risk Management. 11        Ability to implement workflows that support business processes and reduce overhead 12        Good documentation skills for design & use cases, user / training guides, workflow charts. 13        Hands-on experience with Agile development methodology 14        Communicate and collaborate well with Team, Customer Lead and Product Owner in regular agile meetings, suggest improvements, new requirements, and discuss optimal solutions. Top 3 Preferred Skills: Must-Have**        Archer IRM Developer with hands-on experience working on advanced features of Archer, having knowledge of core solutions and in designing on-demand applications.
