Description

Develop and customize Archer IRM solutions, including data feeds, advanced workflows, access control, and reporting dashboards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Archer applications from scratch or enhance existing modules to meet business requirements.
• Configure and manage access control, user roles, and permissions within the Archer platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and suggest optimal solutions.
• Implement workflows supporting business processes, including Control assessments, Risk and Compliance reporting, and Business Continuity Management.
• Troubleshoot application issues and integrate Archer with other enterprise systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Archer IRM Developer.
• Deep knowledge of Archer core solutions, modules, and on-demand application design.
• Expertise in implementing solutions for Control assessments, Risk and Compliance reporting, and Model Risk Management.
• Strong understanding of computer science principles and IT engineering techniques.
• Proficiency in API integration and connecting Archer with enterprise systems.
• Experience with Agile development methodology and collaborating with Product Owners and Customer Leads.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Strong documentation skills for design use cases, user guides, and workflow charts.
• Ability to analyze and design on-demand applications effectively.
