Description

You will own the development, support, and technical design of the Archer GRC platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and build technical requirements, processes, and applications for Archer implementations.
• Develop and maintain Archer applications, dashboards, iViews, mail merge templates, data feeds, and reports.
• Execute agile software development tasks including user story writing, iteration planning, unit testing, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with Business Line Associates to gather, understand, and document business requirements.
• Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and defect fixes to ensure product quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Archer eGRC development experience.
• Subject matter expertise in RSA Archer eGRC SmartSuite and Archer system architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Archer Advanced Workflow.
• Proficiency in SQL, SSRS, and Power BI.
• Experience with web services and integration methods including APIs and SOA.
• Technical knowledge of IIS, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, and Regular Expressions.
• Practical experience with the software development life cycle and agile principles.

• Ability to assess risks, controls, and identify opportunities for improvement.
