Description

You will manage and customize the Archer GRC platform to support organizational governance and risk requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop ODAs and core solution customizations within the Archer platform.
• Install packages for production deployments and manage system upgrades.
• Identify upstream and downstream impacts of system, process, or data changes and propose remediation options.
• Partner with vendor support to troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade the platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to deliver Archer-specific solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with the Archer GRC platform.
• Expertise in core Archer components including Access Management, Forms, Fields, Layouts, and Data Driven Events.
• Proficiency in Advanced Workflow, Data Feeds, and Calculated Fields.
• Experience configuring Notifications, Data Imports, iViews, Dashboards, and Reports.
• Strong logic, reasoning, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of Agile best practices.
• Experience interfacing directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Archer APIs.
• Prior experience in Financial Services or Asset Management industries.
