Description

Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of the Archer GRC platform to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom modules, workflows, and integrations within the Archer platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and compliance officers to define technical solutions and gather requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Manage platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements while monitoring performance, health, and security.
• Maintain technical documentation, specifications, and training materials for users and administrators.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a technical lead or architect implementing and administering the Archer GRC platform.
• Hands-on experience with Archer platform configuration, customization, and development, including Archer APIs and data feeds.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, or SQL for custom development and scripting.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) concepts and frameworks.
• Ability to perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and stability management for the platform.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, HTML, CSS, or XML.
• RSA Archer Certified Administrator or RSA Archer Certified Professional certifications.
• Familiarity with IT security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR.
