Description

You will provide technical support and implementation expertise for the RSA Archer GRC platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and configure Archer GRC/IRM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Implement Archer product integrations using API, XML, and REST/SOAP services.
• Develop Archer applications, data feeds, dashboards, advanced workflows, workspaces, and content records.
• Create technical designs, define user stories, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Document system design, configuration changes, and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with RSA Archer implementation and GRC frameworks.
• Expertise in designing and implementing Archer GRC/IRM solutions.
• Experience with API, XML, and REST/SOAP service integrations.
• Proficiency in building Archer dashboards, advanced workflows, and data feeds.
• Deep understanding of audit, compliance, and risk management processes.
• Experience managing onshore and offshore development teams.
• Strong ability to provide end-user training and technical consultation.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
