Description

You will serve as the Technical Lead and Architect for support automation and platform stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to coordinate workflows between Hybris platform and application build teams.
• Implement proactive monitoring and issue identification using Dynatrace and APM tools.
• Collaborate with security teams to assess and remediate open vulnerabilities.
• Automate and implement self-healing mechanisms within the environment where applicable.
• Build production support dashboards and automated reporting systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall technical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in an Architect or Tech Lead role.
• Full stack development experience with Java and React UI.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace or other APM tools.
• Experience supporting platform-level issues and coordinating with build teams.
• Proven ability to manage security vulnerability assessments.
• Degree in any graduate field.
