Design and oversee technical architecture for product solutions across multiple problem spaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures and technical solutions for new and existing problem spaces.
• Own the scaling, performance, and quality of the team's technical output.
• Drive adoption of best practices for coding, design, and performance.
• Lead code reviews, design reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Execute large-scale refactoring exercises to improve standards across large codebases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in scalable product development.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Experience with large data handling or large transaction processing.
• Expertise in system design and Object-Oriented (OO) principles.
• Experience building high-performance, web-scale, and real-time response systems.
• Deep understanding of multi-tier architectures and their associated pitfalls.
• Ability to manage the complete product development cycle from inception to production and scaling.
• Proven capability to operate in fuzzy environments with undefined boundaries.
• Ability to craft clean interfaces and work at appropriate levels of abstraction.
