Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own the architecture and strategy for reliability, scalability, and availability of cloud platforms and production systems.
• Define and implement SRE practices, including SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, incident management, and capacity planning.
• Design cloud-agnostic infrastructure and automation solutions for engineering teams.
• Lead architecture reviews for platform and infrastructure systems.
• Ensure systems meet reliability, scalability, performance, and security requirements.
• Act as a senior technical escalation point during major production incidents.
• Lead root-cause analysis and drive long-term reliability improvements.
• Design solutions for high-traffic and high-concurrency environments.
• Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to improve system resilience and operational efficiency.

Experience Required:

• 13 - 19 years of experience in software, infrastructure, SRE, or cloud engineering.
• Strong experience in SRE, Cloud Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform or equivalent Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Experience designing highly available and scalable distributed systems.
• Proven experience leading architecture and influencing cross-functional technical teams.
• Experience managing reliability and performance during high-traffic or peak events.
• Good to have: Gen AI experience.
