Own the architecture and strategy for reliability, scalability, and availability of cloud platforms and production systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement SRE practices, including SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, incident management, and capacity planning.
• Design cloud-agnostic infrastructure and automation solutions for engineering teams.
• Lead architecture reviews for platform and infrastructure systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, performance, and security requirements are met.
• Act as a senior technical escalation point during major production incidents, leading root-cause analysis and driving long-term reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to improve system resilience and operational efficiency in high-traffic environments.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in software, infrastructure, SRE, or cloud engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform or equivalent Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Experience designing highly available and scalable distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Golang for infrastructure automation.
• Proven experience leading architecture and influencing cross-functional technical teams.
• B.E. or B.Tech degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Gen AI technologies.
