Description

Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions, owning the technical architecture from analysis through release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solution designs and implementation plans for Dynamics 365, taking full ownership of the solution lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and assist in solution design for the development team during implementation.
• Lead analysis sessions to determine application requirements for new CRM implementations.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and manage DevOps principles using GitHub for source control.
• Support business analysis during product release management and assist with developer role activities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Dynamics 365.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong proficiency in .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, and Visual Studio.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline automation and DevOps principles.
• Proficiency in GitHub or Git-based source control.
• Experience with SQL Server and Data Export Service.
• Familiarity with NodeJS and Microsoft Power Platform.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with business analysis during product release management.
• Ability to work effectively in large, technical teams under high-demand conditions.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field.
