Description

You will lead the technical architecture and delivery of conversational AI solutions, owning the complete SDLC from solutioning through maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Own the full software development lifecycle, including engineering, testing, release, and maintenance.
• Manage client relationships and provide technical leadership on technology evaluation and roadmaps.
• Direct multiple work-streams, prepare project plans, and manage deliverables.
• Guide team members through technical debugging, code walkthroughs, and quality reviews.
• Align architecture goals with product and business priorities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software product development or AI project management.
• Proficiency in Node.js or Python.
• Experience with AI Bot platforms such as Dialogflow, API.AI, Cloud ML, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Hands-on experience deploying machine learning algorithms as REST API based services.
• Strong understanding of NLP and supervised Machine Learning concepts, including vectorization, N-gram, classification, and clustering.
• Experience architecting solutions and integrations across multiple technologies and systems.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Experience working with scalable, high-performance systems.
• Ability to perform quantitative analysis and business analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud deployment experience on GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Knowledge of voice-based processing, including text-to-speech and speech-to-text.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
