You will design and build the enterprise data architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data architecture solutions for large datasets and complex enterprise environments.
• Lead the design and development of Real-Time Customer Data Platforms (RT-CDP).
• Oversee ETL processes, data ingestion strategies, and data warehousing architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance aligned with GDPR and HIPAA.
• Mentor junior team members on data architecture and engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in data modeling, data architecture, and enterprise data platform design.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Big Data technologies and real-time data processing.
• Proven expertise with Azure Databricks and Azure Data Lake.
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA).
• Proficiency with ETL tools, data integration patterns, and data warehousing methodologies.
• Experience leading complex data architecture initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to use data modeling tools like Erwin and IBM InfoSphere Data Architect.
• Proficiency with visualization tools like Power BI to present insights.
