Description

Lead the architecture, design, and development of full-stack solutions. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define technical standards, best practices, and patterns for the engineering team.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions by collaborating with product owners and stakeholders.
• Oversee code reviews, performance optimization, security, and deployment pipelines.
• Mentor and guide developers across multiple teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Evaluate new technologies to continuously improve the tech stack.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in backend technologies: Node.js, Java, .NET, or Python.
• Expertise in designing and implementing APIs and microservices.
• Experience with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD Pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Solid foundation in SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Strong understanding of full-stack development principles.
