Description

You will serve as the primary architectural designer for infrastructure development, managing projects from concept through to production.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering fundamentals and architectural design tools to solve technical problems and create detailed designs for building systems.
• Develop architectural design packages required for permitting and construction, ensuring designs are cost-effective, constructible, and code-compliant.
• Produce site and building renderings for concept evaluations and executive presentations.
• Prepare architectural contract drawings and specifications.
• Review and coordinate designs to meet quality and schedule requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional architectural design experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Revit, including detailed modeling, discipline coordination, scheduling, work sets, and family creation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Navisworks.
• Experience designing for industrial, high-tech/R&D, biotech/pharmaceutical, mission-critical/data centers, or chiller/boiler plants.
• Background in Chemical or Battery Manufacturing or Industrial Design.
• Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent experience.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Construction coordination experience.
