Good to Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow modules including NowAssist, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and knowledge of agile delivery methodologies. Understanding of enterprise system integration and Service Catalog development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions through comprehensive analysis, design, and development processes.
• Develop and configure ServiceNow components including business rules, client scripts, UI actions, workflows, and catalog items.
• Build robust integrations with internal and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Perform comprehensive testing, validation, and deployment across multiple environments to ensure high solution quality standards.
• Contribute to platform upgrades, release management initiatives, and continuous improvement processes to enhance system performance.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value and outcomes
