Description

You will design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions, translating business requirements into technical implementations. This role owns the end-to-end configuration, integration, and deployment of platform components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow components, including business rules, client scripts, UI actions, workflows, and catalog items.
• Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Configure Flow Designer processes and ensure seamless data exchange across enterprise systems.
• Perform comprehensive testing, validation, and deployment across multiple environments to maintain solution quality.
• Contribute to platform upgrades, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform development and configuration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and web technologies.
• Strong experience with REST and SOAP APIs for integration design.
• Hands-on knowledge of Flow Designer, ITIL processes, and Service Catalog development.
• Understanding of DevOps and SecOps principles in a ServiceNow context.
• Experience with agile delivery methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow modules including NowAssist, ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
• Background in enterprise system integration architecture.
