You will own the technical direction and delivery of complex enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of team goals and define technical strategies across multiple teams.
• Take ownership of overall design, architecture, development, quality, and production deployment.
• Design and implement scalable backend solutions to address technical and business challenges.
• Represent your team in design reviews, approve critical designs, and contribute to group-wide architectural decisions.
• Mentor engineers and share ownership in validating quality and delivery standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in architecture and system design.
• Expertise in RabbitMQ for messaging and integration.
• Strong experience with the .NET framework for backend development.
• Hands-on knowledge of Kafka for real-time data streaming.
• Ability to design scalable, high-performance backend solutions.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
