Good to Have Skills: Sound knowledge on Automation/Performance testing, working on Linux based environment and basic understanding of Linux commands, team management, hands-on experience in programming languages like Java/.Net, knowledge of OOP concepts and automation frameworks, database concepts, great interpersonal and communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual testing including test estimation, test planning, test design, test execution, defect management and test reporting.
• Perform hands-on web service testing using SOAP UI and Postman for comprehensive API validation.
• Conduct peer lead reviews on test scripts and provide feedback for quality improvements.
• Cross-train and mentor other team members to enhance overall team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
• Manage test data by designing, creating, and maintaining test data as needed to support quality testing.
• Stay current on recent and emerging trends in software testing and evaluate them for implementation.
• Support and establish formal QA processes including test plans and test strategies using industry best practices.
• Support client, manager, and PM to manage entry and exit criteria in all QA phases of the project.
• Participate in defect triage meetings and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate good understanding of software development process, QA process, and business requirements with excellent presentation skills.

Experience Required: 7+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in manual testing, 2+ years hands-on experience with PEGA, automation experience in Page Object model using Selenium, knowledge in CI/CD implementations and database concepts with SQL
