You will lead QA strategy, manual and automated testing efforts, and mentor the team to ensure high-quality software delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct manual testing including test estimation, planning, design, execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Perform hands-on web service testing using SOAP UI and Postman for comprehensive API validation.
• Establish formal QA processes, test plans, and strategies using industry best practices.
• Mentor team members, conduct peer lead reviews on test scripts, and manage test data creation and maintenance.
• Support client and project managers in managing entry and exit criteria for all QA phases.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years in manual testing.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with PEGA.
• Automation experience in Page Object Model using Selenium.
• Proficiency in SQL, Java, CI/CD implementations, and database concepts.
• Experience with Web Service Testing tools like SOAP UI and Postman.
• Strong understanding of QA processes and test planning.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Automation/Performance testing and Linux-based environments.
• Experience with team management and programming languages like .Net.
• Sound understanding of OOP concepts and automation frameworks.
