Description

You will lead the architecture and delivery of complex embedded software products and turnkey solutions. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect embedded software designs, creating LLD sequences, use case diagrams, and flow diagrams linked to customer requirements.
• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from proposal elicitation (RFQ/RFP) to final customer release and sign-off.
• Define and maintain technical standards, best practices, and coding quality standards for the embedded engineering process.
• Perform technical root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for complex system problems.
• Guide testing strategies and oversee design reviews to ensure overall software quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in embedded software development and architecture.
• Proficiency in Embedded C and C++.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with AUTOSAR standards.
• Hands-on experience with Java and STL.
• Ability to manage project estimates, effort, and resource planning.
• Experience contributing to RFQ/RFP processes and technical customer reviews.
• Proven ability to resolve technical conflicts and make architectural trade-offs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in patent filing or implementing innovation techniques within embedded systems.
