Description

Design, develop, and oversee implementation of enterprise applications within ERP and CRM systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and review technical solutions, functional specifications, and deployment documentation.
• Manage and mentor a technical team, including setting goals and conducting technical assessments for hiring.
• Lead code reviews, define coding standards, and perform defect root cause analysis.
• Own the build and deployment process, acting as the single point of contact for resolving issues.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to provide design suggestions and explain functionality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in application development and solution design.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Rest Assured, Cucumber, and BDD frameworks.
• Experience with web technologies including HTML5, CSS, AJAX, and XML.
• Working knowledge of Google APIs.
• Ability to implement design patterns and optimize application performance.
• Experience working within Scrum ceremonies and agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to conduct peer code reviews and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience contributing to RFP processes and technical estimations.
• Background in ERP/CRM system architecture.
