Description

You will lead the technical architecture and design of D365 Finance & Operations customizations, extensions, and developments using X++, the extensibility framework, Power Platform, and Azure services. You will define end-to-end solution architectures, including microservices-based integrations, DevOps architecture, and cloud-native patterns. You will design data models, performance strategies, and security architectures aligned with HIPAA-adjacent financial data and healthcare audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical fit-gap analysis, code reviews, and performance tuning for high-volume workloads including AR/AP for healthcare claims and procurement for medical supplies.
• Architect and oversee DevOps pipelines using LCS and Azure DevOps for CI/CD, builds, testing, and deployments across US and India environments.
• Design and troubleshoot integrations using OData, custom services, batch jobs, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
• Mentor junior developers, enforce Microsoft best practices, and contribute to pre-sales activities including technical proposals and solution demos.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of total IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on D365 F&O / AX development.
• 3+ years as a Technical Architect or Senior Developer on D365 implementations.
• Delivered 3+ full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations, including custom X++ development, extensions, and Azure integrations.
• Strong expertise in Microservices Architecture, X++ Development, and D365 Extensibility Framework.
• Proficiency in DevOps Architecture using Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 E5, Azure Cloud Services (Logic Apps, Functions, SQL, monitoring), and Security & Compliance Architecture.
• Proven experience in onshore/offshore delivery models, Agile/Scrum, and large-scale ERP performance tuning.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
