Description

Design and deliver enterprise solutions for ERP/CRM systems while leading technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design technical solutions to meet functional specifications.
• Lead and mentor a team, setting goals and providing feedback to upskill developers.
• Own the build and deployment process as the single point of contact for resolving deployment issues.
• Conduct design document and peer code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Manage project delivery by estimating effort, planning resources, and overseeing user stories in scrum ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture or development.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP Basis, SAP BTP, SAP IAS, and HANA.
• Proficiency with SOAP API and REST API integration.
• Experience with web technologies including HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, and AJAX.
• Ability to create functional design specifications and deployment documentation.
• Strong understanding of design patterns to optimize application performance.
• Experience in technical assessment and interviewing for developer and lead roles.
• Proven ability to manage project modules, defect mitigation, and unit testing scenarios.

Preferred Skills

• Experience contributing to RFP processes and effort estimations within an ERP/CRM practice.
• Background in conducting technical seminars and knowledge-sharing sessions.
