Define and implement integration architecture for Earnix across quoting, rating, underwriting, billing, and renewal journeys.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define target-state integration architecture, selecting patterns such as synchronous RESTful APIs, event streaming, and batch data contracts.
• Design, build, and secure APIs and services to exchange data between Earnix and core platforms like Guidewire.
• Implement integration flows using enterprise iPaaS or frameworks like MuleSoft or Apache Camel.
• Establish telemetry, logging, tracing, metrics, and SRE practices to ensure production-grade reliability.
• Lead technical workshops, code reviews, and mentorship for development teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture and integration development.
• Deep expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation.
• Knowledge of enterprise iPaaS solutions (e.g., MuleSoft) or integration frameworks (e.g., Apache Camel).
• Ability to evaluate build-vs-buy tradeoffs for accelerators and connectors.
• Strong understanding of security standards and non-functional requirements including observability.
• Familiarity with Hiscox or Earnix integration patterns and reference architectures.
