Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Proven experience in monitoring complex IT environments.
• Strong analytical skills for event data and system behavior.
• Experience managing IT Operations Management (ITOM) event processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated event correlation and remediation.
• Familiarity with AIOps platforms and predictive analytics.
