Description

You will design and maintain the software and infrastructure used to automate user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automated processes for granting, modifying, and revoking user access to systems and applications.
• Integrate JML processes with HR systems like HCM and payroll to ensure accurate lifecycle management.
• Contribute to the overall Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM) strategy to ensure consistent security.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the reliability and functionality of JML systems.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation for all JML-related processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in identity and access management or related architecture roles.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
• Hands-on experience with JML processes and automation.
• Strong scripting skills using Bash or PowerShell.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Solid understanding of security principles and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with IAM platforms such as Oracle Access Governance, SailPoint, or Ping Identity.
