Architect

You will manage technical project efforts and design documentation across all architectural phases for complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute project phases including site analysis, concept design, schematic design, and design development.
• Create solutions for schematic design and develop detailed design documentation and specifications.
• Coordinate with architectural staff and A/E consultants to ensure efficient project execution.
• Manage daily tasks for multiple concurrent small to large scale projects under established deadlines.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the architecture or interior design industry.
• Proficiency in Revit with professional experience in architectural drawing and modeling.
• Hands-on experience using Revit for transportation and mixed-use occupancy building design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong understanding of building science, technical detailing, and intermodal requirements.
• Proven ability to manage detailed design projects and collaborate with consultants.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to resolve complex problems independently and within a team.

Preferred Skills

• Licensed Architect status.
