Description

You will define reference architectures and reusable patterns for AI agent identities, authentication, authorization, and auditability across enterprise applications. You will design secure access models for workflows, customers, and workloads, partnering with application teams to integrate modern auth protocols.

Responsibilities

• Define modular, scalable architecture covering APIs, middleware, policy enforcement, and lifecycle management for AI-enabled solutions.
• Implement AI control frameworks, including model controls, guardrails, and auditability aligned with NIST and risk frameworks.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and privacy are embedded by applying AI security standards such as OWASP Top 10 for LLM applications and MITRE ATLAS.
• Partner with teams to integrate OIDC/SAML and service-to-service communication patterns while improving AI/ML processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise IAM systems, specifically Azure AD/Entra and Okta.
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, privileged access management, OAuth, SAML, LDAP, Kerberos, and API security.
• Proficiency in Java and .NET, with experience in microservices and traditional 3-tier architecture.
• Hands-on experience with front-end SPA frameworks (React/Angular) and the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem.
• Scripting capabilities in Linux shell and PowerShell.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native patterns, IaaS/PaaS concepts, containerization, and Azure services.
• Experience with AI/ML and platform engineering, including IoT/cloud integration.

Preferred Skills

• Financial Services domain experience.
• Experience developing enterprise standards or reference architectures for multi-region solutions.
