Description

Design, build, and configure Oracle HCM systems while providing technical leadership across multiple functional areas.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and test system implementations for multiple simultaneous projects.
• Develop detailed technical specifications, work plans, task estimations, and budgets.
• Oversee design and configuration work for associate, intermediate, and senior analysts.
• Manage cross-functional integration plans for design, build, and test phases.
• Coordinate with vendors and Oracle support for service requests, production releases, and patches.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• 3+ years of experience with required information systems.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM configuration and support.
• Strong coding skills for hands-on development tasks.
• Experience generating reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Proficiency in creating Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts.
• Experience using HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft, specifically within payroll modules.
• Ability to provide regular on-call support and work overtime as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a Clinical area.
• Formal training in SQL, Unix AIX, or programming languages like C++.
