Description

Architect enterprise CRM and HR applications, owning the end-to-end design, implementation, and infrastructure of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and document holistic architectural solutions, including service-oriented microservices with clean contracts and configuration-driven features.
• Build and maintain high-availability client-side web applications and infrastructure, defining fail-over strategies and traffic routing.
• Implement content caching, security scanning, and test-driven development to reduce technical debt and ensure code quality.
• Lead recruitment, mentor engineering teams, and facilitate cross-team design discussions and knowledge sharing.
• Analyze load test results and production metrics to optimize resource utilization, performance, and cost efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with Java, Ruby on Rails, and Node.js.
• Advanced front-end proficiency in React.js (Hooks, Redux, routing, state management) and JavaScript/ES6+.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and building microservices with third-party integrations.
• Proficiency with testing frameworks: JUnit, RSpec, Jest, and Mocha.
• 3+ years of experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI), and AWS services (ECS, Lambda, S3).
• Experience monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting production systems using tools like Splunk, SignalFx, or AWS CloudWatch.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Science, or a directly related field.
• Experience with manual code review, refactoring, and reducing code complexity.
