Responsibilities

• Design and build solutions for complex business workflows.
• Own components end-to-end, including design, code, testing, integration, deployment, and enhancements.
• Identify and solve performance bottlenecks.
• Mentor engineers and enforce high code quality standards within the team.
• Collaborate with management, product, QA, and UI/UX teams to deliver on time.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong Java and object-oriented development skills.
• Experience building and scaling microservices.
• Proficiency in Java, Node.js, Kotlin, or TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of at least one NoSQL database.
• Strong problem-solving, technical troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
