Design and build solutions for complex business workflows. Own subsystems from design through deployment.
Responsibilities
- Design and build solutions for complex business workflows.
- Own components end-to-end, including design, code, testing, integration, deployment, and enhancements.
- Identify and solve performance bottlenecks.
- Mentor engineers and enforce high code quality standards within the team.
- Collaborate with management, product, QA, and UI/UX teams to deliver on time.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong Java and object-oriented development skills.
- Experience building and scaling microservices.
- Proficiency in Java, Node.js, Kotlin, or TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of at least one NoSQL database.
- Strong problem-solving, technical troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
