Description

Lead the architectural design and hands-on implementation of complex frontend workflows and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build complicated workflows and technical specifications for web and mobile presentation tiers.
• Drive technology selection by articulating the trade-offs between different stacks, components, or design patterns.
• Lead performance tuning, re-design, and refactoring efforts for specific modules.
• Mentor team members on technology concepts, design, and implementation processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, Redux, and React Native.
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
• Experience with Git and REST principles.
• Ability to design build, release, and deployment processes.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA.
• Knowledge of performance and optimization techniques.
