Description

You will serve as the primary architectural designer for design and engineering efforts supporting infrastructure development from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering fundamentals and architectural design tools to solve technical problems and create detailed designs for building systems.
• Develop architectural design packages required for permitting and construction.
• Review and develop designs that are cost-effective, constructible, and code-compliant.
• Create site and building renderings for concept evaluations and executive presentations.
• Prepare architectural contract drawings and specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional architectural design experience.
• Expert-level Revit proficiency, including detailed modeling, discipline coordination, scheduling, work sets, and family creation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Navisworks.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven design experience across industrial, mission critical/data centers, biotech/pharmaceutical, R&D, office, or restaurant project types.
• Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain an architecture license and register in any state.
• Strong communication skills for team-based environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with construction coordination.
