You will lead the technical direction and architectural strategy for storage and data protection domains.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for stories, epics, and features to deliver end-to-end outcomes.
• Create and maintain Target State Architecture, mapping components to asset management systems.
• Shape and sequence initiative features on service backlogs while aligning roadmaps to technology strategy.
• Perform architecture optimization, scaled modeling, design reviews, and impact analysis.
• Document architectural decisions for regulatory compliance and validate design artifacts for testability.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in technology roles.
• Deep expertise in Storage, Data Protection, and Cloud technologies.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and influencing technical outcomes.
• Experience navigating banking and technology platform environments.
• Strong communication skills for technical leadership and documentation.
• Ability to manage asset lifecycles and identify cross-service dependencies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree in a related field.
