Description

You will lead technical and architectural discussions to develop solution roadmaps and manage end-to-end network lifecycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions with customers regarding solution roadmap development and architectural design.
• Own and sync network services operational tasks, including mitigating escalations and driving process improvements.
• Design and implement high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) architectures across hyperscaler platforms.
• Identify network service issues, define action plans, and drive resolution with external service providers.
• Manage network onboarding and migration activities from on-premises environments to cloud platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network administration or support.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major hyperscaler: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven experience executing at least one end-to-end migration from on-premises to a hyperscaler.
• Expertise in integrating network, storage topology, and load-balancing solutions on cloud platforms.
• Deep understanding of network service matrices including people, processes, and tools.
• Ability to manage complex network services across distributed, remote teams.
• Professional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of SAP solutions and related cloud technologies.
