Description

You will develop and maintain solutions within the ARCS platform, focusing on Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching Modules.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement match rules, profiles, data sources, calendars, and approvals within the application.
• Build custom ARCS reports for both Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching Modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and functional designs.
• Collaborate directly with IT and business stakeholders to perform data analysis and close project gaps.
• Execute solution development using Agile methodologies to meet project needs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ARCS development.
• Deep knowledge of ARCS Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching Modules.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering and solution design.
• Proficiency with Agile workflows and JIRA.
• Experience using Flexdeploy.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder interactions.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
