Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ARGO Teller applications supporting branch banking operations.
• Implement and enhance teller transaction functionality, customer servicing features, and account inquiry processes.
• Integrate teller applications with core banking platforms and enterprise systems.
• Develop and support APIs, web services, database interactions, and application integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and production issues.
• Participate in application modernization, upgrades, and conversion initiatives.
• Perform system testing, deployment activities, and post-production stabilization support.
• Analyze business requirements and collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technology teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, and compliance with banking operational standards.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of application development experience within the banking or financial services industry.
• Hands-on experience developing, configuring, or supporting ARGO Teller or similar branch/teller banking applications.
• Strong understanding of branch banking and teller operations, including:
  • Customer servicing
  • Monetary transactions
  • Account inquiries
  • Transaction processing
• Experience integrating teller applications with core banking systems.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, web services, databases, and enterprise application integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex application and production support issues.
• Full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ARGO Teller upgrades, conversions, or modernization initiatives.
• Familiarity with core banking platforms such as FIS or Jack Henry.
• Experience working with REST APIs, middleware technologies, and enterprise integrations.
• Exposure to cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure.
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management and development tools
