Description

You will provide Level 2 application and product support for Argus systems, with a primary focus on database operations and maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, monitor, and manage Oracle databases (versions 10g, 11, 12) across UNIX and Citrix platforms.
• Provide hands-on application and product support for Argus systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot database performance and availability.
• Support integration components using C# and XML.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT support or database administration.
• Expertise in Oracle database installation and configuration on UNIX environments.
• Proficiency with SQL and PL/SQL programming.
• Hands-on experience with C# and XML.
• Familiarity with Unix scripting and Windows environments.
• Knowledge of Argus Safety and Life Sciences background.
• Experience with VB Script.
